Shipping & Delivery
What is the shipping time for my order? At Fhasio, our shipping process is a little different than what you might be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer you the most competitive prices. The average shipping time is 5 to 8 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet? Due to high demand, your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your patience. If the estimated shipping period has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please email us at info@fhasio.com. We will look into the status of your shipment immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I exchange or return my order? To start a return, simply contact our customer support team at info@fhasio.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and confirmation. Once confirmed, you can ship the product back to us using the carrier of your choice.
What are the return shipping costs? Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense. Costs will vary depending on the carrier you choose. We recommend checking the website of your preferred carrier for specific pricing.
What are the requirements for returning my product(s)? We offer a 30-day return window, which begins the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
